Bangkok has more dog-friendly venues than ever.
At most of them, dogs are allowed.
At a few, dogs are cared for.
That might be water refreshed without asking,
shade and a cool floor on a hot afternoon,
room to lie down away from the walkway,
or staff who know how to greet a nervous dog.
It might be something we haven’t thought of yet. Good Hosts is a Pup Cities series about those venues.
As more of Bangkok opens its doors to dogs, “dog-friendly” stops being a distinction. Caring for dogs is how a venue stands out.

We feature two venues a month. Tell us what you do for dogs — the specific things, not the fact that dogs are welcome — and send images that show them. If it fits the series, we’ll confirm a month and write it up. Good Hosts is a paid editorial feature at THB 10,000.
A feature isn’t a listing in a directory of dog-friendly places. It’s the record of what your venue does that most don’t.
